REV. JOHN WHARTON

Rev. John Wharton is a native of Alamance County, where he attended the Burlington school system and graduated from Jordan Sellers High School in 1969.  He is a member of Jeffries Cross Baptist Church, where he was licensed and ordained to preach the gospel. John is a member of the Ministerial Fellowship Alliance of Alamance County and a graduate of the United Bible Institute formally of Burlington. He is the former pastor of Bethsaida Baptist Church in Mebane, NC, where he served for eight years. Rev. Wharton is married to Patricia Allen Wharton, and they are blessed with a son Chad, one granddaughter Takeara, and one grandson Tristin.

REV. JESSE PARKER

Rev. Jesse Parker is devoted to fulfilling God’s plan, working, and being a member of the “pastoral team” that assists and supports the senior pastor in fulfilling the vision that God has for JCBC. He leads the noonday Bible Study, Sunday School superintendent, and serves in various other capacities. He leads The Community Praise Team ministering to several care facilities in the county. He is honored to serve!

REV. ANTHONY PINNIX

Anthony L. Pinnix is married to Susan M. Pinnix for 40 years.  From this union are 2 children and 8 grandchildren.  Rev. Pinnix will be receiving a BA from Liberty University in Fall 2021 with a minor in Christian Counseling.

REV. TREY BRINCEFIELD

Rev. Trey joined Jeffries Cross in 2019.
